FLEZCO manufactures metal components and assemblies for industrial, commercial and architectural projects. From our base in Jeddah, we coordinate fabrication around approved drawings, material specifications and the requirements of the project site.
Fabrication scope
- Cutting and forming sheet metal and steel sections
- Welding and assembly of custom components
- Frames, brackets, enclosures and architectural metalwork
- Coordination of finishing, delivery and installation within the agreed scope
From drawing to finished assembly
A successful fabrication package defines more than the overall dimensions. Material grade, thickness, connection details, tolerances and finish requirements all affect the production sequence. We review these details with the project team before confirming the scope. For repeat components, approved samples or first-piece reviews can be agreed to establish the required appearance and fit.
Preparing your enquiry
Include dimensioned drawings, quantities, the intended use and the delivery location. Identify any interfaces with concrete, cladding, equipment or other trades. State whether your package requires fabrication only or also site installation so the quotation reflects the complete scope.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fabricate to consultant drawings?
Yes. Share the issued drawings and specifications for review. Any missing details, proposed changes and approval requirements should be resolved before fabrication begins.
How does metal fabrication differ from laser cutting?
Laser cutting produces individual profiles from sheet material. Fabrication may also include forming, welding, assembly and finishing to produce the complete item.
